    A week ago TEI was 12.80

    Looking at the NAV trends since November, it seems to me both GHI and TEI missed the boat on the recovery in Brazilian bonds while AWF cashed in handsomely..

    On the other hand, even with the recent misstep, GHI and TEI have a history of being well and conservatively managed while AWF has a history of trying to unload rights offerings on the shareholders at the least opportune moments (although recent shareholder activism in CEFs has scared them away from that recently)

    Although AWF at an 7-8% discount is tempting, I still prefer TEI at a 5% discount
