Blomberg news reports the reverse split was approved and MarketWatch says it was defeated. I tried the company's website for confirmation, but find nothing yet.Anyone able to offer a credible answer to this?
Looks like latest news does confirm that the 1:20 reverse split will happen later today (Tuesday). The stock may drop 20-30 percent, at most in the next day or two, but I believe that it will head significantly higher once the weak hands have exited. At least the proposal to increase the authorized number of shares did not pass.
