About a week or two ago, he announced intention to discuss AIGs capital structure with management and shareholders. Does anyone have further insight? If they were financially strong, buying back govt shares by issuing private debt for the share purchase could reduce dilution imo.
That would not address the dilution issue. Imo we ultimately fill the gap in the 200s - either it takes a long time or, if the dilution issue is remedied (via buyback of a majority of govt shares or Yerushalmi lawsuit), then sooner.
