MM don't care what their cost is. They buy a million shares at 20 cents average (thats their box stock). Then they SHORT 10,000,000 shares to unknowing day traders that don't understand the conditions of the deal before them. (WHY do you think 40% to 50% of the TOTAL stock outstanding trades in a single day???-SHORTING AGAINST THE BOX!!!!!) Sell 9,000,000 shares short at 18 cents to 30 cents and then cover when the reality sets in and drifts back down to 5 cents as per the MERGER DEAL STATES. They use their box stock to make any stock transfer deliveries needed during the up and down swing of the stock. Got IT???
