trading at .61 book value, 10x FE PE, enterprise value at less than market, wouldn't this be a good buy at 1x book, get your money back in 3 years, with growth potential?it is still a household name in finacials for institutional investors. he US bank affiliation did bring its name mainstram for a short period of time.It makes no sense why this still trades at a discount.
if roe < coe, why would it NOT trade < 1x book value?
who would complain with a 5% return in this environment? looks low risk and can use a little brushing up from new management.
