Orders could have been placed by the vendors and although Neonode may not have been paid yet, they can still bill the vendors and place the orders on the Accounts Receivable....even if they have not been shipped yet.
I have to disagree with you Mod. If a vendor submits a purchase order for 100 N2s for $300 per phone, they are immediately invoiced and the order goes on Neonode's Accounts Receivable. This doesn't mean the vendor has to pay for them immediately.
The vendor certainly doesn't report back to Neonode saying, "Okay, I sold 10 out the 100, here's $3000. You'll get the rest as I sell them."
....But this does mean the sale goes on Neonode's AR and is recorded in the quarter in which the invoice was recorded.
Who knows, they may not have sold any. We may not know for sure how well the N2 is doing for 2 or 3 quarters. I just hope they execute their plans and PR's effectively. To just say we're doing business in several countries won't lift this stock...only hard-hitting revenue numbers can draw attention.
