    DuPont Performance Coatings Cannibalised!

Struggling DuPont Car Paints Unit Has Been Eaten Up For Years!

Good Afternoon, Bonsoir, Guten Abend, Buona Sera,

Readers, in the week just past we saw two stunning episodes of cannibalism in the United States. In South Miami, a growling, naked bloke was discovered gnawing away at the face of a prone victim, whose nose, mouth, and 75% of his facial skin had provided fast food for his voracious predator. Police staged their own face-off with the hungry felon and dispatched him on the spot with a bullet. So the perp will not be facing charges.

In another case in Joppatown, Maryland, a 21 year-old African student at Morgan State University on visa from Kenya dined on the heart and much of the brain of a roommate, another African student.

Which brings us to our subject today...corporate cannibalism.

    • For years, a hungry DuPont Senior Management has been cannibalising DuPont Performance Coatings, cost-slashing and gutting this car paints unit:

      * Giving the axe to long-time DuPont icon, Jeff Gordon and his famous Car No. 24 with the fat RED OVAL.

      * Kicking out the door much of the experienced talent of the business.

      * Trashing and cancelling the marketing efforts of the business, such as those well-known receptions and parties at the auto racing tracks.

      * Shuttering laboratories and facilities, knocking off serious research.

      * Leaving thousands of current DPC women and men dangling and demoralised to the bone.

Maybe auto finishes is too macho for the delicate Ms. Kullman, who avoids the stench of solvents and chemicals, preferring the comfort of the kitchen and her corn seeds and soya milk, and food additives and enzymes. But in any event, Ms. Kullman and her crew have been gnawing away at the business for a long time, and suddenly they wonder why DPC is not drawing crowds of buyers and bidding up the price to the sky-high multi-$billion level she is demanding? Cannibalisation has a way of making the victim a tad bit degraded and devalued. Such sadly is DPC.

Merely THE WEAK IN REVIEW digitally penned by one individual retail investor and long-time student of the heart-less, brain-less DuPont Company...funfun..
