I checked the lock-period end in 04/13/2013, but we have not seen a big sell off by CEO. But today, Bloomberg news said he is a billionare now. So the sell off has to start for him to keep all the money.
Well that and the volume is too thin to bear much selling. So far, there has only been buying because the story is a good one, but once the "players" have a swipe, we will see what the CEO is made of in terms of his belief in the company and it's future prospects. Look at what happened to ZNGA when it's CEO took profit ( massive). I think he really screwed the pooch. He should have sold a few hundred thousand in small lots over the course of a few months. He stepped on his own massive position by dumping a large percentage of his holdings at once. Nobody benefited by that move. The result was a loss of faith whereby 2/3 of his top talent left the company, options unexercised.
