    Infastructure spending?

    That has been the battle cry of CX longs for....many years now.

    BTW, have you noted that the U.S. and other developed countries are broke?

    FOr the 10th time. CX, (as well as other construction materials), ain't going nowhere until the housing market picks up.

    Oh, lest we forget, CX is carrying a lttle bit of debt too.

    • I agree...housing will only pick up when the jobs issue is finally dealt with ie fortune 500 co's loosen up some of that cash they are holding,Infr.spending for roads & bridges ect must occur=jobs=more taxes=less borrowing (back to a more reasonable % of GDP like 4% instead of 20-25%)
      Bal. budget & spending caps are a must!

      If these don't happen soon were all up a #@$T creek

      CEMENT is the most obvious choice I can think
