Decisions like promoting Laura Kerner to VP of National Accounts are why I and many others are so frustrated with this company, and it's why there continues to be so much turnover, morale issues, and discontent with leadership and the company in general.
Laura is an Account Manager at best!
She's not even a professional sales person and she sure isn't a VP. I can't believe the insanity of this decision. It makes no sense at all. There are others on our team who are far more deserving, capable, and even willing to relocate (LIKE ME) for example.
Laura has virtually no sales leadership experience, and her sales numbers have been absolutely horrible so will somebody in the "Ivory Tower" in Milwaukee explain why she has been promoted to VP?
