Read Pin e2000's post. He/She has it right....the sale of TDI didnt break the camels back. The terms of the deal also included a provision for the drilling services to be offered back to TLR at "below market rates".
I'm sure they know that. The timing shows desperation, not idiocy. Just speaking of the timing with this share offering - it was a questionable move on selling the one source of company revenue before another source was producing.
watch, this is how smart management is,instead of waiting for the permit to issue shares.
A permit will warrant a higher stock Price the morons will do the offering at .15-20 cents without the permit.
They still can mine no point in offering shares now.
Get the permit first you F****** idiots.
All these decisions about selling the drilling and this offering means we are very close to the permit..otherwise they are really crazy..with so much experience I don't think so..BUY NOW.from 0.35 to 3.50.
this can be very BIG ...
So, before the shorts have more than a field day with this then they already have...
Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is a Shelf Filing/Registration folks. It just means that they have up to 3 years to make the offering and that it could be made faster. It also doesn't mean that an offering will or will not be made. It just facilitates the possibility of an offering when needed.
Nothing to jump off a cliff over. Actually, it makes sense to me...IF, an offering is needed and made when the permit is here.
