I'm not for all this change and new ideas; since the mang. has choosen to continue to not support the long term (fixed income ) shareholders. They seen to want to go off in a few directions and continue to lack experience in these endeviors, while continuing to cut the dividend with little or no regard to the PPS and long term supporting shareholders. Times like these need more conservatism and consolidation of cost not expansion and bonuses. Think about the sharehold that has held the line and supported this bank over the many many years instead of individualism / wifm / growth - that is in a very very harsh declining part of Ohio; possible in a year or two the VM's new mill / GM Cruze and other facilities will be up and running and then Farmers can pursue a more stable area growth pattern.
I am also voting negative. Looks too much like another local bank that got in trouble by wanting to expand outside of their market. We all know the results. Current management wants to issue more stock, thus further watering down what we now own. STOP!!
