my employer - asked me not to take vacation any more effective this month. so that company can prove that next quarter to beat the guidence of the earnings. Is it valid to do this? this company is one of best competitor to the infosys. can i report to SEC(Securities and Exchange Commission) or In the Labor department or INS? i know , this is going to effect my H1B or green card processing, if i say no to them.But i can report to some one right? definately ,they are not suppose to this kind things with employee when they are publicly trading on a stock exchange. Investors thinks that they are doing a good business but they are making money by stoping the employee vacations. Obama should save us.
