You are even more stupid that I imagined as you can not even read, I am not saying at all that there is a bull market in rare earth, there is not any, hence the juniors are dying and not rallying, the fact is that there will be consolidation and hence those who want to invest longer term, the market discounts the future nothing else, will stay with those who survive. Its a long and painful process but those who have access to the capital markets and by the way are crucial to the national interest of the US will survive and probably be able to strengthen their position. The moment MCP announces a partnership with a heavy REE mine the stock will be at a different level that where its now as its lacking that exposure.
3 words: Made in China. Until they show that they could compete with the Chinese, it will still be a sell. The Chinese are also over produced and if it hasn't been for the Chinese government, Chinese RE companies will also be in deep doo doo as well (could American RE companies afford to shut down for long period to improve pricing?). The Chinese control the fate of this sector even though they keep saying there need to be some additional source for RE, some how it could be a ruse to get more RE companies to over commit like we're seeing. I never trust the Chinese. Bottom line it's still boil down to demand and demand is still weak but getting more stable.
