Or, another thought is that maybe Mr Schuler is accumulating. He obviously wants more stock since the company had to file an 8K stating that he could only own up to 19.99% of the stock without becoming an "acquiring person". Now, I don't know what an acquiring person means and why it is a bad thing, but what that document tells me is that Jack Schuler approached the company about increasing his holdings, and they told him he was going to be capped at 19.99%. Since there was no private offering or warrants or anything like that, he can only get his shares like the rest of us, through a broker in the open market. With the average low daily volume, his accumulation alone can steadily move the price up.
