One thing's for sure -- for every buyers, there's a seller.
Seriously, this is "just" a kind of rotation where lots of folks are loading up while others move on to other fields in which to graze. No doubt, some of those exiting are taking their lumps, others their profits.
I'd say though that the period just after a report can be especially volatile.... There's plenty of hot money (some of it mine) that came in hoping/half-believing that the black-to-red line was gonna get passed this past qtr.
Obviously, this would be (I believe will be) a $10 stock when/if it's profitable. One buys now the same way one buys -- gulp -- a home in a place like Westchester (NY).... In both cases "it's a lot of money" ($2.10 p.s. in SCKT's case), but one believes there's plenty of room for further appreciation.
Listen, what do we expect from a 2 dollar stock. Of course there is risk, but as the new products and nwe announcement roll out, there will b appreciation. Volume spikes do mean that there is interest. Some profit taking and new buyers. Lets see what happens in a two months. The same was true when I bought SONS at 1.30 and then it went into the 2's re-traced back to the high ones, and four months later it at 7 plus. Patience is a virtue. You can not day trade this with confidence, just hold and look at it in time.
