seems to me this is basically the reverse of a "spin off subsidiary" , rather than "spinning off" it is being "consolidated in" ..... which in my opinion equals a "growth acquisition" as opposed to a "downsizing spin off" ..... looks good to me ..... and of course any "acquisition" is going to cost some money , it is called an "investment in the future" , and I think we can all agree , now that the world has printed trillions and trillions of dollars , the world will have a nice "5 year party" on this magical money poofed outta nothing ..... but then ???? well , the mother of all corrections ...... count on it around 2017 would be my guess
It means kndi now owns 50%of the EV market in Shanghai, the largest city of China with some 15 million people and a fast growing middle class. This is a 20 dollar stock in the making. Buy all dips.
