10 days away. There must be some kind of a ratio other than the 1.12 to the NAV of the fund. Our people just wanting to pay a higher premium because of the past performance of DNP? The fund managers seem like they can extend the dead line for the offering also. It just does not figure why we are going up.
The "ratio" is that more investors are seeing the light...dividend producing equities is where market income is. It is the safe way to make money in any market. Notice the Fed has already told everyone they won't think about rising interest rates for another full year..and farther out.
DNP has a very solid track record not changing the dividend payout except for a few Christmas bonuses. I believe outsiders are seeing value in DNP and either don't know about the offering or don't care about the slight advantage the rights offer.
