In case some of you are reading the transcript of the conference call.......
The first questions sought clarification of the ownership of SpreadZoom not Spreadtrum
The question was about the entity Han + Qin BVI (not Tianjin) (not inaudible VVI)
Check the 20-F filing for Spreadtrum - search for "Qin" for background information
It appears Han+Qin, which I assume owns about 37% of SpreadZoom is an entity unknown to Zoom.
Zoom owns 47+%, Spreadtrum (10%), a government entity the rest.
The second question AFT should read NASD (good to know I am not the only one with bad ears)
Perhaps I will test Lynn in a few days and see if I can get an email response.
An entity NOW unknown to Zoom. Ownership of Han+Qin changed in December 2012 which is the same month Zoom did the big sale. I think the timing is not a coincidence - I will spare you my theories as to what is going on!
nah dis b my kind of person... one who isn't afraid to ask the right questions and doesn't pull any punches with their position... my dear friend.. would you be so generous as to dis-close any other investments to ponder? hehe
