    Question for Seth

    Seth, the most intriguing thing about your recent Seeking Alpha article was the claim that Walmart folks were talking to SKUL people at CES. Can you elaborate on this point? Were they headed to the Spearmint Rhino? At the same craps table? I'm fully on the long side and enjoyed your article and take on things, but I have to say that the Walmart/SKUL conversation reference smelled of sensationalism. Anything more of substance to share about this conversation? How did you know that it was a Walmart person having a meaningful discussion with SKUL folks in Vegas?

      Understood! All participants have to register at the CES and with your registration you receive a lanyard complete with name, body of representation and coordinating classification. Classification is guest, buyer or exhibitor. Everyone knows who everyone is there. Buyers represent the biggest population of participants.

      • The Walmart question has been festering for 2 years now. Ive heard Andrus field the question many times now. Same answer every time "we are aware of what they are doing"

        They seem to stay out of discount with there "branded" products... relying on 2XL.

        They have no "branded" products at Shopko for example and limited 2XL exposure there. To give you an example, Soda Stream is fully in Shopko, Beats is represented there. All the smaller Pamida stores are also the same story... That's not the "doors" of Walmart, but Shopko/Pamida have 300 stores.
