Yesterday's $5.71 low marked the completion of an AB = CD ( A=6.69, B=6.05, C=6.35, D=5.71) to the penny. It was also in an area of price congestion from mid-September. A good place to buy the D-point; and it was bought. It is also now back above the JOC (jump-over-creek) price of 5.85. I think what we have witnessed is one heck of a shake-out; an opportunity for the big operators to use the recent general-market decline to reload. For now I'm thinking flat the rest of the week or until the gov't budget crisis is resolved.
