Based on the Q&A in the conference call, many investors still do not under stand the NYB business model.
This is not a growth story like Apple, nor a sad story like Bank of America. Just a conservative steady Eddie with an annual $1.00 divi. At today's price around 8%. I'll keep collecting until money rotates back to banks.
I know it is early for Holidays, but maybe we should all go rent "It's a Wonderful Life (1946)" and watch it again. Without banks we have no economy and without an economy we have chaos. Choose your bank wisely.
I agree with ^ My wife is all BUY more ROST (Ross stores) but haha ummm no! Its a great store and they are breaking 52 weeks highs and I've been selling that. Its a great store but now is the WRONG time to buy that one.
Stocks are good for a laugh though I think I saw a JPM guy saying buy AMZN but 100+ P/E? 2001 called and it wants its internet stock back.
