I agree with the last writer that the loss of those leases will only have a minimal affect on the bottom line. Since we are talking about an event that (if it occurs) is 2 years away, anything can happen. Personally, I think it is just a negotiating ploy by the renter, so as to obtain a more favorable agreement. How likely is it that a fully operating assisted living facility will move out-"lock, stock, and barrel"? I would be extremely surprised if it actually happens!
