    Gain on Sale

you don't care about earnings? Just their cash? Well good luck then. Because the institutions want REAL earnings. Cash is what you put in the bank. Earnings drives the stock.

    • I'm sorry, but the 10-K is now fueling all of this from a institutional side- It gave an unclear picture of their cash flows, I'm very disappointed- they have everyone watching them and they couldn't provide clear details on current streams of flows, outrageous! as for getting in- I think all that follow this stock know there is always heavy selling pressure, it's not even worth is now until you see the selling interest wane. It's up now but soon you'll see the blocks of selers- 5-6 thousand at a time under last just slam in unison- these guys play it very well. a monsterous buyback is in order, get the shares out of the hands of the sellers. Date of interest is the 15th- I want to see if 30% of the float is short, that's what i'm betting. sadly.
