Glad to see your cheerleader outfit still fits and that you dusted off the pon-poms Jett. Your post has no fact in it other than what can be read at the WCN website! What wonderful insight!
IMHO, as far as WCN being swallowed by one of the big guys.... AW is too highly leveraged, WMI is already too big to acquire a company of WCN size, and RSG and CWST don't have their act together enough to make a play for WCN. This company has to stand on its on merits. I for one am waiting and watching for this house of cards company to come tumbling down to reality.
How is this company taking market share away from AW and WMI? The philosophy of WCN is to operate in markets where it does not compete with AW or WMI unless they own a landfill. Buying up small Mom and Pop operations in secondary markets does not affect WMI or AW.
IMHO WCN is the trash of the trash business. They will soon run out of secondary markets to gobble up, and the growth will come to a screaching halt - IMHO.
