Apparently there are some #$%$ who own this stock that like to buy high and sell low. I guess they just like to lose money. Why would you sell a good company stock at the lower end of the range. Senseless.
I'd like to see Bidu make a quick turn around, but I'm not very optimistic--at least not yet. Just like I stated on this board yesterday, the stock's flat performance set the stage for another downward spiral. Today, nearly every Chinese stock was up- except for Bidu. And the fall was brutal. Does Qihu's appearance onto the scene warrant a precipitous fall of this magnitude, or is there more to the story? Does anyone have some detailed knowledge other than the usual "the days of monopolistic dominance are over" cliche? Please share if you do.
Because there will be a new sub-100 range soon. The days of BIDU's search monopoly are over, if you haven't already heard. With that comes lower sales growth, lower eps growth, and yes, lower share price.
