In my opinion the private placement announced today to pay Belcan is absurd. If there really is a Fortune 1000 company behind this development, they should be pitching in big time at this point. The money can also be used for "intercompany" payments. For what purpose? Are we too shareholders in the various companies? This really looks bad to me, it leaves open a whole lot of latitude and can be misused. Way over the top, it seems to me, even for this bunch. It is not all adding up. Just my humble opinion.
Check these two things out:

I have bought into those Private Placements before only to have the warrants expire because the share price was sooooo much lower than current share price. They used to just give Gordy the phone and say "start soliciting". I imagine arne gets paid for that now.
I'd love to hear what that moron " Jimmy1938" and his goofy friend, "Clear_day" have to say about this latest bit of news. And the scam goes on. My guess is that he'll suck the US company dry, transfer the$ to REGRF and then as a company officer, take a large loan from the company and then have it go into Chapter 11. He walks with the remaining cash. Still want to see what his kid looks like. Probably as strange as his old man! Sell what you have left and take the LT capital loss. Hopefully, you guys bought Ford at $1.50. That is a hold!
Why buy in the open market when jr can print you some shares and at reduced rates?Besides I thought the whole sales pitch behind out Fortune 1000 Co was they were picking up the development tab. Been so many tales told we can't keep'em straight anymore.
