March 2008 - WinDrive starts serial production Serial production of the WinDrive begins. At the Wind Energy fair in Husum, Voith Turbo Wind has agreed on a contract with DeWind for delivery of 18 pre-series WinDrives by the end of June 2008. The production series, beginning this month with the pre series, will reach triple-digit unit deliveries in 2008. All of them destined for the DeWind Turbine Model 8.2.
Pardon my potential ignorance, but what am I missing? Triple digit unit deliveries in 2008 all for DeWind 8.2 turbines? Posted in March on Voith's website and no movement on share price here? For a company that had 41 Million in revenue last fiscal year and that is supposedly cash strapped, can't we assume a contract for triple digit 8.2s has been signed? Bringing in approximately 250 million in revenue on this deal alone?
