Seems that PR is working overtime recently. They have been posting a lot of news and when they send it out, they don't just send it over the wire, the send it to a half dozen news sources to get the word out.
They are trying to get the pps back over a buck before they get a letter from Nasdaq.
Enjoy the ride.
Wow. You complete fool. Why do you still live?
This is an OTC stock and therefore...oh wait, there are already 10 messages correcting you.
Really guys, 10 messages to correct him?
I still don't think people explained it correctly. If CPTC fails to file a 10Q or a 10K, then it would be delisted from the OTCBB to the pink sheets.
That said, the more protected, and more importantly, the more BROADLY protected this ACCC technology is, the better.
Here's a link to their new patent:
Sir you need to learn about the rules of nasdaq. This stock is on a otc.bb, therefore there is no requirement of share price in order to maintain listing, that is only for nasdaq but not otc nor otc.bb. Learn your information before making false accusations the only thing an otc.bb stock has to do is make proper filing with the sec, a otc does not.
Was thinking of another stock while posting this message..clearly CPTC is on the OTC as it can only be pulled up in the Yahoo search as CPTC.OB.
I realized the mistake as soon as the post button was clicked and was prepared for the backlash.
The point still stands..PR has been working very hard lately.
They're still one independent director shy of getting a listing "on" the Nasdaq, so you don't have to worry about getting that sub-$1 letter any time "soon."
OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB)
The OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) is an electronic quotation system that displays real-time quotes, last-sale prices, and volume information for many over-the-counter securities that are not listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market or a national securities exchange. Brokers who subscribe to the system can use the OTCBB to look up prices or enter quotes for OTC securities. Although the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. oversees the OTCBB, the OTCBB is not part of The Nasdaq Stock Market. "Fraudsters" often claim that an OTCBB company is a Nasdaq company to mislead investors into thinking that the company is bigger than it actually is.
Under the OTCBB's eligibility rule, companies that want to have their securities quoted on the OTCBB must file current financial reports with the SEC or with their banking or insurance regulators.
