Why didn't anyone bring up the 2 truck opportunities on the call? Very little was mentioned about specific car opportunities. They have really gotten gun shy about talking about potential sales opportunities. The call was very disappointing from that aspect!

Maxwell will benefit equally from diesel hybrid and plug in hybrid buses so those plug in hybrid subsidies will apply to Maxwell after all.
21 cents in earnings shows the true profitability of the business which is greater than forecast. Q4 will ultimately be a one-off quarter but still the guidance is for $35 million revenue and about 6 cent loss which is better than the 12 cent loss forecast for this quarter. Then growth resumes next year with the return of the China bus market, new truck engine starting, new solar/wind grid power storage, Celadon, and Cat. And the Peoria facility will have higher margins than San Diego.
