I don't know how many shares you hold but if you sell it you will be selling to me or the market maker who buys at my bid and prevents my orders being filled. The cro-oked management and his associates which are buying cheap shares to implement their buyout are hoping that people like you will lose hope and sell and that is why they are holding back to announce a decision about the buyout offer.
It is a game of greed. I think trade is likely right. Baring out right fraud, management is looking out for themselves, not share holders, and stealthly supporting the depressed stock price. I've been in at $3 pps for a while. When I made the bet, I had hopes of the stock revisting it's all time highs ($10+). Now, I envision the most probably outcome of a buy-out (attempt) in the $3 - $5 range, depending on how "ballsy / greedy" they play their cards. Apparently though, they are playing in patiently, to milk off as many shares at these low prices they can get. Sad really. China has a long way to go to gain the trust of investors. If they are even interested in doing so....short term thinking and greed rules the land.
