In New York City yesterday, it took a judge just 1 day, ONE DAY, to determine that SAIC was far guiltier in the CityTime disaster than Gerald Denault. SAIC was clearly hoping that they could pin most of all of this disaster (which they also sell to other cities, like Memphis) and escape much of the blame. NOPE, ain't happening. So now the real fun begins for SAIC. And how goes the TriCare lawsuit? I wonder if the employee who lost those data tapes is still employed at SAIC?
You must have some terrific sources for your "up to date info". Try as I might, I can't find any current articles on CityTime except Suzannah York U tube rants. Care to share .. and substantiate your talk with a source link?
If the Denault lawsuit does not come to pass, and I am watching the dockets, there are now plenty of Shareholder lawsuits being filed against SAIC for the CITYTIME fiasco, so I will withdraw the Denault comment and lead, instead, with the Shareholder boys. WOW, THEY ARE CIRCLING right now!!!
