If you look at the div. & nav chart and what direction the realestate market seems to be heading, and the two last days of back to back nice nav. increases with a small drop in the price. Now. It could be $15 before you know it with a nice div. increase on next declaring.
Thanks for your input. I am looking for it to fall to about 8.80 but I was not sure if it will go lower. for the record, this has been a great CEF for me over the last year. I sold at about 9.35 after it started down.
