I see that the series A warrants now have a market. Does anyone know if Series B are in line?

    • My account is with TD Ameritrade and there is now an alpha symbol for series A, USCRW which replaces a numbered symbol. Previously I had two numbered symbols, neither showed a valuation. I now have the alpha symbol that shows a valuation and one remaining numbered symbol, with no value showing.

Not sure how to to sell you?

      • You can sell the Series A USCRW just like any stock now. However, IMVHO when USCR goes to $22-23 they will easily double. They will always have a premium above strike price of $22.69 for almost the next 4 years. If USCR gets to say $30 these will be worth $7.31+Premium which should be $10-12.............the Series B have strike price of $26.68 and will probably start trading when USCR gets around $25 IMVHO. No guarantee. When these were first issued when USCR emerged from bankruptcy they said they didn't see them trading. This is a nice freebie. We now get a premium. We would have had to go to our broker and request the actual warrant and write a check to US Concrete and mail both to them. The check would have had to be for $22.69 for each warrant you wanted to exercise. They then would have had to send you the stock certificate and you would have had to deliver to the broker to sell. Hope that helps. I'm holding and buying if they take a big dip. DaninFW
