There is a big possibility of a buyout

My opinion of course if there is a buyout it will happen before first quarter earnings. They do not want earnings to come out before buyout. This company has a lot of attention. Several companies would benefit from buying this company. Few of them would be CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, Express Script in my opinion. In my opinion it would benefit Express Script the most because they cut out the middleman. This does happen, it will happen during the weekend. It will open up Monday. All of the shorts will be toasted. Do they want some jam on that toast? In my opinion of course there are a lot of rumors flying around. there's always a possibility. I love money. Money is good. Money is green. I see a lot of green in this stock.

    • The only possible buy out would be Walmart, they are looking at stores similar to Rad and they do have the money. But it will not happen, i know that Wag looked and were not interested. Most know that they cannot sustain growth, so they will wait till they fail,( whcih will be sooner rather than later) and split the stores without taking on Rad union, debt and poor stores, it is nice to be a shorty.

    • Agreed, with massive inflation on the way the finanial world knows that the significance of RAD' debt has been overblown. Walmart has 8.64 Billion in cash sitting on their balance sheet. Does anyne think they will ust let that inflate away? There is a reason that so many buyouts are happening...cash is no longr king and hence companies, private equity etc.. are disposing themselves of it. With obamaare and recession proof prescriptions, can anyone think of a better retail investment than drugstores at the moment? I can't.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy
