I am interested as to how OLCB is goingto ever create any shareholder value. They have never made any profits and had to obtain additional capital tostay in existence. Demographics indicate that there are too many banks already in the market. And the banks that are present are natinal presence banks that can offer better and more sophisticated products.
It seems to me that if the Board were intelligent they would try to find a suitor and cut their losses
Has lots of capital. Now all it has to do is make a profit. Of course the stock has a value, but perhaps not $1.05. That is still about 1.3 times book value, and most profitable banks don't trade at that level.
