Escondida mine has been injunctioned v. BHP

The source is the Attorney that filed the injunction and subsequent already advised registration of the same at title in Chile.

Will publish soon the actual titles injunctioned for your perusalk, however, is BHP who has to come clean, not ownership of ESCONDIDA mine.

    • You seem to have inside, non-public information. What is the alleged offense? Where can we read about it? I found nothing in the Chilean press.

By the way, BHP owns only 57.5% of Escondida. Other owners are Rio Tinto, JECO and IFC. They have operated there for decades (discovery 1981, began mining 1988) with Government approval. Odd that this problem, if it is a problem, not heard of before.
