At the beginning of the CC, it disclosed that the company "is in a quiet period".
New shares offer is coming up? Or do they have outstanding shelf registration already?
One thing is clear, they need cash, lots of it.
Greedyone222 was put here and is paid to spam the board to hide the truth and push messages like this into oblivion. If he succeeds, then these posts will be lost... go check out the CRNT board if you are wondering what a paid spammer does.
Then go read the "Still no sign of the Spammer.." to see what his reasonin was and where he was busted.
Since you are congratulating yourself, I looked back at the post you reference. In it you said "this management has practically run a great company down into the dumpsters until just last month". How long has Dr. Ali been CEO? (No he is not my daddy.) I think the date was Jan 1, 2010, so your statement is patently false. When was TranSwitch ever a great company anyway? Secondly, if you have been trading TXCC stock since I was in diapers, that puts you in your mid 80's at a minimum. Of course, it would also be impossible since TranSwitch wasn't around in 1945.
PS: I do give you credit for getting a lot of it right. We will see if your timeline turns out to be correct.
I think this is a good sign together with the HUGE amount of insider purchases this is a sign that they know the increase in investment will bring a good return. ALL of this is very positive!!!! I think this is a double in 2 years.
I will be buying more, just have to watch some short term action.
wsill and reed,
The truth is I am a hermaphrodite with a split personality. Just kidding. I often post from my fiance's computer and I don't change her sign on to Yahoo, because I will forget to switch back. Laziness may also play a roll.
outside of the stock taking a hit due to dilution, no problem with raising more money. think a lot of folks on this board should benefit from reading hirsch's stock traders almanac. it will enlighten the clueless about such things as "quiet period" and other terms that are used on wall street. of course ignorance can be bliss. btw: a lot of posts are trying to move the stock one way or another(d.h.)
