<Sounds like he's coming home to his real roots, the South! People are nice here, the living easy. The houses are affordable. I pay $5k yr property tax on 3200 sq feet in the best part of town. Guard, gate, clay tennis courts and a big pool. Nice creek behind the house and 2 fine big red tail hawks.>
The funny thing about that is that it is historically true. Fresno is only 100 miles from Bakersfield, and this San Joaquin Valley is Southern born of the Dust Bowl. Their progeny own all of the farms and buy 200 hundred thousand dollar tractors and love NASCAR.
Born in the South in Central California.
We also have a large pool, tennis court, weight room, and an 18 hole golf course, a lake with, anhingas, blue herons, wood storks, hawks, owls, eagles, egrets, sand hill cranes, otters, etc.

said one trader. "All of the funds continue to get in. Commodities are still
pretty hot." A trader.
Market watchers also cited momentum-based buying, with limited selling. Also,
added Don Tierney, precious-metals analyst with Pell Futures Corp., many
participants are content "to ride their profits until the picture changes."

God bless Tennessee.
Pershing, I could buy a nice house in Tenn. with what I pay in state income taxes, and yet nothing gets done. Roads and schools and water management are abysmal.
Bush is getting frantic !
