Guys, I recently started posting my concerns about ABAT. I have only been holding shares for a few months after getting burned bad with HEAT (that appears to be attempting a recovery and never was delisted, although PPS has suffered immensely.)
I am very appreciative of Joel giving us as much information as he can regarding ABAT. However, as some of the bashers have argued, it does not really tell us anything about what is happening with this company financially. We need to be vere careful here. I know other longs really believe in ABAT. I am providing a link from the APWR.PK board that shows you just how much fraud MAY actually be going on with ABAT as well. Read through it. You will notice many similarities that will very likely reconsider holding shares in this stock. I kid you not. You are doing yourself an injustice not to read the filing from this link. I will be interested to see what thoughts everyone has once they see what is purported to have been going on with APWR.
LOL. The ABAT longs aren't going to bother downloading the APWR case. They have their own if you bothered to follow either board for a long time. And, if you have been following for a long time, you know how weak and ridiculous the arguments really are though appearing scary to the newcomer. Start with the relationship between SEC, SAIC, and the SAT. Then go on to PCAOB MOF accounting oversight issues. To us longs these cases represent progress, and we expect a result like CAGC's. I'm curious about the fraud on the market presumption regarding ABAT and APWR, but we shall see. Good Luck longs.
China and the US are solving the issues about reverse mergers and it's ramifications . We know that the factories are for real and the consequences about getting chargevwith fraud in china... I did my DD and are taking my chances .
