    Every single day that Fou

does not File or apologize for not Filing, his guilt rests on his heart. He may or may not have lied with he signed the SEC reports stating the profitability of the company, but he most certainly lied whe he promised the shareholders that he would take the steps to reward. them. Oh, that is right, one of his "creative writers" (that Andrew was attuned to) said that Fou would take the steps "that he believed" would reward the shareholders. There was one thing and one thing only that would have rewarded the loyal shareholders and that is "honesty" which apparently Fou sorely lacks.

Call his attorneys Robert Brantl and Lee Shalov and Sabrina He and complain. See what they say. See if they enjoy getting paid with stolen money!!!

Let their guilt be upon them!!!!

Attorney–client privilege is a legal concept that protects certain communications between a client and his or her attorney and keeps those communications confidential.
The attorney–client privilege is one of the oldest recognized privileges for confidential communications.[1] The United States Supreme Court has stated that by assuring confidentiality, the privilege encourages clients to make "full and frank" disclosures to their attorneys, who are then better able to provide candid advice and effective representation.[2]

The very money that ABAT raised on false pretenses they are now using to defend their "honor" by refusing to file. They use the stolen money to pay their attorneys. Fully agree with this post.

    • The first thing I would like to see is a Global Newswire Class Action Settlement press release. This is BIG news that remains hushed. The ABAT Board Of Directors will then need to decide what comes next. ABAT has many options now that the Class Action is behind them.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy
