RT: We should See A Solid Rise To $1.00/Share Very Soon

Keep the faith everyone. I believe SRZ will be hovering within the $1.00 to $1.50/share area in the very near term. Another positive announcement from the company relative to operations restructuring should push us in that direction without question - - - and any tail wind from the general stock market will simply re-enforce that direction.

    Cheers and good investing,

    • another thing techi.....the bond holders and debt holders are finance people not home operators they have a new management who has over 5 million shares for incentive and who is demonstrating their skill at cleaning up srz. why look further.. plus if they want to manage these facilities they will have to cook and change bed linens or find another manager ..not likly... 5 is in the bag if they re fi and 15 for a move to first real rsistence....just need the financing which is a real issue or we would be here in the first place. I have traded this stock for over 10 years and sold out in 2008. market is full of these stories.....not many with more potential . the traders scalping for a few pennies dont interest me or you

      • Kathy,
There you go again with your nonsensical targets. You said the same thing when SRZ was in the $1's, then it dipped to .27 and you vanished. Now you return with the same gibberish.
SRZ was dead until the Treasury department threw them and the banks a lifeline in March. Now they've raised some cash and have an outside chance to survive, which makes me happy because did not want to see RT lose his money.
You ignore all these facts and just say, "WELL I'M A CHARTIST AND IT SAYS $5", gimme a break.
