Gar: I'd almost bet that their going to end up passing on the RS after the LPC move. It would be very nice if we got up to a respectable price so the dilution effect is minimized.
OT: I saw Symantec's stock fell hard this AM. It doesn't surprise me, when I went to re-up a Norton program it was one year for $29.99 two years for $79.99?? They fixed it today but now you can get the topline edition one year $40.00, two years $154.99??? Some real geniuses working over there. LOL

Not to cut in here Jim but if the split does happen and the company doesn't need to go to market due to the LPC move then I don't see it as a negative at all. Our value would probably remain the same and then institutional interest could pick up because the price is at a level they meets their requirements. I'm glad I voted against the S3 amendment.....
