Albeit I doubt it, nonetheless, I would not be surprised. I shall presume that most of us that lost some bucks here since the R-S and release of Z160 results conducted a thorough dd, figured the odds and placed a bets accordingly. If anyone relied on the posts of Jimmy Patton, Ranger, etc., then, they were plain #$%$ dumb.
In my case, I bought a few weeks after the R-S, after making several K and was planning an exit last week, a few days before the planned Z160 announcement. I thought ZLCS would jump to $7.50-$8.00 on the hype and I would have a few days to get the hell out.
Unfortunately, Corrigan and his merry band of crooks pulled the plug on that plan, releasing Z160 data a week ahead of schedule.
IMO, doing so gave Corrigan time to warn his buddies to get the hell out on the 8th.
Albeit I can't prove my opinion, however, I am sure that at least one out of the plethora of law suits that will be filed next year will pursue that theory. If I had a client who retained me to represent him against Zalcius, I would be dispatching a squad of investigators to substantiate that theory.
