In the absence of news, this stock is being shorted heavily by institutional holders. A few weeks ago, the shorting was nearing 45% of the float...now it's down to just under 40%. Because this stock is almost solely controlled by institutional holders, it is an easy stock to "trade" in between quarterly reports, news events, etc. The good news is that fudnamentally, the company is very sound, and should show dramatic improvement over the next six-nine months. Already, the shorting is starting to subside, and I expect more of it to be reduced as we close in on next quarterly report. As a long, I'm watching this as an opportunity. After we bottom and begin the rise again, I will be buying more NLS to add to my position. With an expected eps of 89 cents this year, this stock should be in mid-twenties by early 2007........and things might even get better. Don't worry about current movement...it will soon change.
