However, I'm long through earnings. I'm just wondering if everyone thinks that this sets up an expectation for a huge beat. That's my concern with regards to price action specifically after earnings. There's clearly still a lot of long term appeal to the stock.
I sold all today. Had an 11% gain in four days so I took it. Of course right after I sell it goes up another 4%. That's life.
Apparently consensus is looking for flat to slightly down vs last year. HOGS seems fairly valued relative to other china stocks of its cap size so that encourages me to trade it a bit. I'm thinking there's some great expectations built into the current price. Maybe they'll pan out and maybe not.
Why would you sell after a breakout through $22?? Thats when you buy more!! Everyone will buy wrongly on the way down, but no one wants to buy an up stock!! You could have entered a stop order to protect your gains and enjoy the ride!!
