As far as insider selling - I did not see where they had so much. Can you give me more specifics of what you see as a problem? As far as dividend safety - IMHO - the best way to check for safety is a comparison of the FFO to the divi and if anything going forward we should have a divi increase. We have a 40 cent divi and 4 dollars to take it from. In the last conference call - they do have use for much of that cash flow so we won't see an increase soon but that should change 6 months down the road. Cash flow is going toward new planes - and to cover any potential shortfalls in cash and value of planes vs amount owed. Some of their older classic planes now have a value(should be temporary) that if they were sold today would he down - but they still have lease money coming in for a long time - so as the world economy improves - demand for even the older planes will improve. Just a note but all of those "older" planes are reasonably fuel efficient - much better then the MD80 class of maching that we hear about going to the desert.
