He said that the non-compete clause in the contract will not allow C-Motech to sell the U301 in North and South America as stipulated. You know more than him? O.K. Let's leave it at that.
Happy New Year to everyone.
U'r an idiot and continue to mis-lead and fail to prove me wrong. U need to read the original contract between cmotech and fkwl and the cancellation by cmotech. Franklin needs to come clean on this issue. Interesting how their website fails to mention the u301. If they want I could hire a middle schooler to handle their website. Thecontratwas inforce using a certain qualcom chip and the u301 uses adifferntchip thanspecified in the original contract. Dauh.... Read the last 10k and the cancellation ofthe agreement by cmotech. What does lee have to say about that. If it's not correct than it becomes material information and fkwl should say the 301 is distributer by them or not. Enough dealing with u on this. Good luck.
I did call the company. I spoke to David Lee and he denounced everything you said. And yet, to repeated your prior post. Did you miss my summary of that conversation about 3 weeks ago. Your last post confirmed my suspicion that you do not read what other people post here. You just post your own invented nonsense. And no, I do not think that you make it clear enough that you are posting your own opinions. They are so off-base anyway it really does not matter.
Cane as long as we do not hear it from Sprint or from Franklin, it is NOT official and I just call it "heard on the street"
Some call it hearsay, but some hearsay I believe and share without telling from whom I heard it. It is NOT an insider information and it could be wrong. Maybe an incentive for some to call Sprint or Franklin to confirm this hearsay or just forget it. I don't like to call companies.
Not trying to pump this stock.
