Considering their properties and locations, it was a no-brainer. Remember buy low, sell high. $2.58 seemed a good price to me. If it not the bottom, it is near it. I could only buy 3,000 shares, but when it sells for $20-30 in two years it will be a great profit. I try not to buy stock over $5.00 and have made out very well.
