Lower oil prices, low interest rates, and tight housing inventory bode well for PHM
The crank on here who says PHM is a lousy builder is a nut. The end products put out by LEN, PHM, TOL and SPF are homes I would buy. I have personally inspected many of the developments of these builders and asked many questions of owners. I own LEN, TOL, PHM, SPF,
based on my own research into the end users comments to me and my own inspection of the homes. I do not own HOV, BZH, or KBH and have no plans to buy them.
As a side note , I know a high level ( ex) employee of PHM who was laid off in the recession, but still had great things to say about the firm he had worked for. PHM is my largest holding in the HB space.
